It is a privilege to welcome you to Swale Academies Trust.

Our Trust is a diverse family of schools, each serving its own distinctive community and each united by a shared ambition: to provide an excellent education that enables every child and young person to succeed.

At Swale Academies Trust, we believe strongly in the power of working together. Being part of a Trust should add value to every school, creating opportunities to share expertise, learn from one another and provide support and challenge where it is needed. Our collective strength comes from the knowledge, experience and commitment of colleagues across all of our schools and central services.

At the same time, we recognise that every school and every community is different. We value the individual identity of our schools and believe that those closest to their communities should be empowered to lead them. Our approach is therefore built upon collaboration, trust and earned autonomy, with a shared responsibility for the success of every school across the Trust.

Central to everything we do is a simple but important expectation: all of our students should do well.

That means ensuring that every child, regardless of their starting point, background or individual needs, benefits from high-quality, inclusive education. We want our students to achieve strong academic outcomes, but our ambition extends beyond qualifications. We want them to develop confidence, character and aspiration; to discover their talents and interests; and to leave our schools well prepared for the next stage of their education, employment and lives.

Our vision and values provide the foundation for this work. They shape the decisions we make, the way we work together and the culture we seek to create across Swale Academies Trust. We are ambitious for our young people and our schools, and we recognise that achieving that ambition requires us to continually learn, improve and challenge ourselves to be better.

As Chief Executive, I am proud to lead Swale Academies Trust into its next stage of development. My commitment is to ensure that we remain a Trust where our schools retain the character that makes them special, while benefiting fully from the strength and capacity that comes from being part of something bigger.

Ultimately, our success will always be measured by the difference we make to the children, young people and communities we have the privilege to serve.
