Lesson Supervisor

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Lesson Supervisor to join our growing team!

• Term Time plus 5 Staff Development Days (39 weeks)

• 33.33 hours per week (8.20am - 3.15pm)

• £25,502 - £27,135 FTE (£19,847 - £21,118 Pro Rata) – SAT C

About the Role

• In this role, you will provide valuable classroom supervision in the absence of the subject teacher or mentor. While this is not a teaching position, you will play a vital role in ensuring a smooth and productive learning environment for our students.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support students in the classroom
• Maintain a positive and orderly classroom environment
• Follow lesson plans and provide basic instruction as needed
• Communicate effectively with students, teachers, and other staff members
• Adapt to a varied and changing routine

• Experience working with children in a classroom setting
• Strong classroom management skills
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
