We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and knowledgeable member of staff to our Inclusion team. Our team works hard to develop a strong provision of support for our pupils both with SEND and those requiring pastoral support.
We have a positive reputation in the area for supporting vulnerable pupils and therefore we require a dedicated school based person to support our growing needs.
We are looking for an experienced teaching assistant or HLTA with a strong knowledge of SEN types and a passion for supporting pupils with a range of needs. This role will be working alongside the current FLO and SEN assistant under the direction of the Inclusion Lead to provide effective support to pupils, staff, parents and in liaison with outside agencies.
Above all, we are seeking to appoint a hardworking, committed and reliable individual who is keen to develop themselves.
