We are seeking a passionate, adaptable, and proactive individual to become a vital part of our school community as a Cover Supervisor.

Key purpose of the role:

Under guidance, you'll be instrumental in implementing learning programmes for individuals and groups, including those with specialist needs, while supporting lesson planning, evaluation, and classroom management. You'll monitor student progress and provide invaluable feedback, alongside maintaining accurate and confidential student records. A key part of your role will be building strong relationships with pupils, encouraging independence and positive behaviour, and providing cover supervision for classes when needed to ensure a constructive environment. You'll also be vital in supporting literacy and numeracy activities and implementing specialist programmes.
